Admission Terms
Please carefully read the admission policy below before
submitting your online pre-registration for GITEX AFRICA.
Registration is compulsory for entry.
GITEX AFRICA is strictly for Trade and Business
Professionals related to the industry only.
General public and people under the age of 18 will not be
permitted entry.
The organisers of GITEX AFRICA strive to ensure that only
qualified Trade and Business Professionals attend the exhibition to deliver a
productive business environment for both visitors and exhibitors. We reserve
the right to request further proof of eligibility prior to badge issue, and to
refuse entry if necessary.
Badges are non-transferable and visitors found to be
facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into GITEX AFRICA or future
exhibitions.
If you do not receive your visitor confirmation in your
e-mail, please check your Junk folder (in some cases, your e-mail settings or
system firewalls may cause our visitor confirmation e-mails to go to your Junk

Trolley/luggage is strictly not permitted within the
exhibition and summit halls.
Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by
anyone else. Anyone obtaining visitor or exhibitor badges by theft, deception
or other illegal means may be asked to leave the event.
Anyone attending the exhibition should carry some form of
photo ID (passport, photo-ID driving license, national identity card) or other
identification acceptable to the Organiser, which the Organiser may ask to see.
By completing the online pre-registration form, you agree to
comply with all standard terms and conditions set forth by the organizers of GITEX
AFRICA.
Anyone attending the summit and exhibition must not take
part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behavior or
any activity which may disrupt the exhibition or conference.
Important: Individuals below the age of 18 are not

Waiver
Our failure or delay in enforcing at any time one or more of
these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such Terms and
Conditions or of our right at any time subsequently to enforce all these Terms
and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision (or part thereof) of these Terms or
Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then
that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and

Delegate Payment:

- "Consumer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes
that are outside his or her professional activity.
- "Order form": a document that indicates the characteristics of the
Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him or
her by "double click" to commit him or her.
- "Order": act by which the Consumer commits to buy Products and Kaoun
International SARL to deliver them.
4. Product
All products present in the catalogue are marketed until stock depletion.
Kaoun International SARL reserves the right to remove an article from the
catalogue, without notice, and cannot be held liable for compensation or
cancellation of an order due to the inability to use the purchased product for a
reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.
5. Placing an order
After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the ‘order’ button, the
product is then added to your order form.
You can at any time modify your order form, and you can return to the
catalogue by pressing continue shopping.
When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on
the ‘pay’ order button.
In case of an error on your part, at the time of your entry on the order form,
we advise you to send us within 24 hours a cancellation request by e-mail;

6. Price
The prices mentioned in the catalogue are indicated in Moroccan Dirham
excluding tax, are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and
are those in force at the time of the order.
VAT is calculated in the order form according to the applicable rate on the
day of the order. The order form and transactions are done in Moroccan DH.
Any change in the rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the
products.
7. Execution of the order
The order will be executed no later than 7 days from the day following the day
the Consumer placed his order.
In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be
informed at the earliest and will have the possibility to cancel his order.
He will then have the choice of either requesting a refund of the amounts paid
within thirty days at the latest from their payment, or exchanging the Product.
8. Payment method
To settle your order, you choose the payment method among those offered
by Kaoun International SARL on the payment page.
In this case, the delivery of the transaction for debit of your account is made
on the day following the date of delivery confirmation.
Your payments are secured by the Interbank Electronic Center (CMI) which
offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees Kaoun International SARL that he has the
necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him, at the
time of the validation of the Order form.
In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use
of the payment method provided in the agreements between the Consumer
and the card issuer and between Kaoun International SARL and its banking
establishment apply.
9. Data confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your
order and is treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectify data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements from Kaoun International SARL unless you
have stated that you refuse the use of your personal data for these purposes.
10. Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by the CMI on the payment platform on behalf of Kaoun
International SARL constitute proof of all commercial transactions between
you and Kaoun International SARL.
11. Force majeure
Kaoun International SARL is only obligated to fulfill its duties to the extent that
no force majeure event prevents it.
